First Place in the 80th National Midyear Exhibition

The egg tempera, "Stowaway", by Douglas Wiltraut of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, was awarded First Place in the 80th National Midyear Exhibition of the Butler Institute of American Art located in Youngstown, Ohio. The awards were selected by John Vanco, Director and Chief Curator of the Erie Art Museum. "Ginger Snaps" another egg tempera by Wiltraut, was awarded the Katharine Steele Renninger Memorial Award at the 62nd Annual of the National Society of Painters in Casein & Acrylic at the Salmagundi Club in New York City. The award was selected by Everett Raymond Kinstler, N.A., AWS.
