Cavalier Galleries is proud to present our latest exhibition, Sarah Lamb & Edward Minoff: Masters of Contemporary Realism. This exhibition will be held at our New York gallery at 3 West 57th Street. The show opens on October 17th and closes on November 18th. A reception will be held on October 18th from 6pm to 8pm at Cavalier Gallery, 3 West 57th.
This exhibition features two incredible realist artists, each with uniquely focused talent. Sarah Lamb is a gifted and dynamic painter. With classical skill – and through transparency, depth and texture – she captures the minute details of everyday objects in her dramatic landscape and still life works. Lamb has been classically trained in Italy and New York and exhibits widely across the United States.
Edward Minoff’s work is distinguished by his incredible detail and his signature subject matter. Minoff paints seascapes with both stunning accuracy and feeling, capturing the motion and atmosphere of the ocean as few artists can. His still life and landscape compositions are executed with delicacy and skill honed over his successful career. Minoff has studied in New York and Europe, and currently teaches at the Grand Street Atelier.
This show features over 15 new masterful works by these two outstanding artists, including the first exhibition of Edward Minoff’s large scale tryptic, Foundation.
